Synopsis of Notes from the Last Row Korean Series
The story centres on Heo Mun O, a professor of Korean literature at a prestigious university and a novelist who has struggled to find success as a writer, having published only one book. He lives a life marked by a lack of achievement, enduring disappointment and disdain toward students who can't even construct a proper sentence. He remains haunted by the words of his successful writer friend, Kim Su Hun, who coldly evaluated his novels during their youth. This harsh critique left Heo unable to write afterwards.
