Adam Karst was born in Canada and grew up in the city of Yakneam Illit. He is a graduate of Industry and Management and Computers at the Jubal High School (Herzog) Kfar Saba and a graduate of Steinberg Boarding School.

Adam Karst studied at the Ward Acting Studio, which he entered at the age of 26 for play therapy while working as an airplane security guard in New York. He served in the IDF as a soldier in the Nut unit.
