On 16 May 1990, Tod Panapong Khaisang (nickname: Tod) was born in Thailand and with many other names such as Panaphong Khaisaeng, Pranapong Khaisang, and ต๊อด ปนพงศ์ ไขแสง (in Thai).
Tod Panapong joined Bangkok University's Faculty of Communication Arts majoring in broadcasting for higher university education qualification after finishing his basic schooling education.

In 2013, Tod Panapong Khaisang competed in "Asni Man & Woman 2013" after he became a star in the making industry. In 2014, officially Tod Panapong Khaisang introduced himself as an actor in the film "Summer to Winter" in a supporting role.
In 2018, he made his television debut with the TV series "What Tha Duck" in a leading role along with other stars males and females. Now he works in leading and supporting roles in both television and films.
